Colleen C. HalbrookPresident/Chief Executive OfficerKeeping it all in the family! Colleen, John and Joan's daughter, joined the family business after graduating from St. Edwards University. Starting out in sales, Colleen mastered the family business and took over executive management in 2010 after her father's retirement. Colleen enjoys her daily morning multi-mile walks, reading (or listening to!) books and spending time with her husband Jim and stepson Jake. Colleen is active within the Austin Chapter of EO serving on their board as well as serving on the board for the Austin Lyric Opera.

John and Joan ColeJOSCO Founders, RetiredJohn Cole founded JOSCO Products in 1980 and worked tirelessly to build the business until his retirement in 2010. He passed away on May 14, 2024. His wife, Joan Cole, served for many years as JOSCO Products HR department and "den mother" often baking goodies for the staff monthly All Hands Meetings. Joan retired from JOSCO in 2020, however, still gets called back into action from time to time to help in the office!
